The results

The challenge

AJ Digital manages health and safety files and O&M manuals across large construction projects, and the process was riddled with friction. Data had to be entered once, then re-entered or reformatted for other platforms. Errors crept in, delays multiplied, and the team spent their time on data administration rather than the work that actually mattered.

The solution

The core idea was straightforward: standardise the input, automate the review, and eliminate the double handling.
