This free-to-use tool that is now available for public testing and feedback, aims to help client information managers generate Organisation, Asset and Project Information Requirements. The tool is aligned to and supports the implementation of the UK BIM Framework and is compliant with the ISO 19650 series. The tool was commissioned by the Centre for Digital Built Britain, enabled by the Construction Innovaton Hub and funded by the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) through the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund (ISCF).
